Why can’t the system grab a screen shot of my website?

For free listing the website will attempt to grab a screen shot of you websites home page, the are few thing that will prevent this from happening.

Using flash on the homepage. Flash is not supported on apple mobile devices so it is recommended not to use flash on you website or have an HTML equivalent in place. Your page takes a long time to load, this can be caused by the use of large images or the server your website is hosted on is busy or slow.

It is not possible to upload you own image to a free listing.
